By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree that:

 

I will receive access to proprietary, confidential, and trade secret information belonging to the Program Provider, including curriculum frameworks, educational methodologies, program structure, sequencing, instructional materials, credentialing pathways, board eligibility guidance, internal resources, and proprietary language.

 

All materials and information are provided solely for my personal educational use and may not be disclosed, shared, published, taught, distributed, reproduced, summarized, reverse engineered, or otherwise communicated, in whole or in part, in any public or private forum without prior written consent.

 

I will not create, teach, license, certify, mentor, or offer any training, course, program, certification, or educational pathway that is substantially similar to, derived from, or modeled after this practitioner training, regardless of changes in wording, branding, format, or delivery method.

 

Completion of this program does not grant permission to teach others how to become certified, credentialed, or trained through this or any similar pathway.

 

I agree to represent my education truthfully and accurately using approved language such as

“Completed an education based holistic wellness practitioner training program.”

 

I may not represent myself as a certifying body, licensing authority, credentialing board, or as offering practitioner certification or training programs derived from this curriculum.

 

I will not publicly disclose or name internal credentialing boards, application processes, eligibility requirements, or certification pathways associated with this program.

 

Confidentiality Acknowledgment and Practitioner Protection

By enrolling in this program offered through DKS Institute for Holistic Wellness, I acknowledge that certain educational materials, frameworks, and training resources are proprietary and confidential.

 

I understand that this confidentiality clause exists to protect both the Institute and its practitioners by preserving the integrity of the education, supporting ethical scope of practice, and reducing legal and professional risk.

 

I understand that this does not restrict my ability to share my personal journey, provide general wellness education using publicly available information, build my own brand, or accurately state that I am a graduate of the DKS Institute for Holistic Wellness and hold a certificate issued by the Institute, provided I do not share proprietary materials or imply licensure, medical authority, or board certification unless separately obtained.

 

This training is educational in nature, non medical, and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical advice.

 

These confidentiality and non disclosure obligations survive completion, withdrawal, or termination of the program.

 

Unauthorized disclosure, replication, or misrepresentation may result in removal from the program, revocation of certificates, denial of future participation, and other legal remedies as permitted by law.
